Weddings are all about the details and we would love to sit down and discuss them with you. To book a wedding consultation we recommend that you first call us to ensure that your wedding day is available. We want to ensure that we pay special attention to all of the details of your wedding and because of this we book a limited number of weddings per weekend. We also recommend that you have confirmed both your ceremony and reception sites. We recommend this because the space and design of these spaces will influence your floral choices in terms of style, colour, and scale. As well we have worked in a majority of the lower mainland’s wedding venues and we can make recommendations to you in regards to delivery and setup specifications.

Your first wedding consultation is an opportunity to get to know you as a couple and your particular wedding style and theme. We will discuss your wedding locations, colour palate, design theme, seasonally available flowers, rental options, and delivery and set-up options. At the end of your consultation you will be given a custom wedding quote that includes a list of all floral items you are considering, rental items, and delivery and set-up options plus HST. You may then take this quote home and discuss it with your fiancé or family. If you decide that we are that right fit to be part of your wedding day then we require a non-refundable $100 deposit.

A second consultation is then booked closer to your wedding date to confirm more of the details for your wedding. At this point for example you will confirm the number of centerpieces that you will need. This number may have changed from your initial quote and this is ok, we understand that your guest count fluctuates drastically as you start to receive your RSVP’s.

Items to bring to your consultation:
