Shipping policy
When shipping with us it is the client's responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct. This includes notifying us of the type of address. Ex: business, apartment, condo, house, basement suite etc. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives to the intended recipients but in the event that the intended recipient is not located at the address provided or the address is incorrect, gated, closed or locked to our driver or courier, we will return the order to our store. To reattempt delivery the client is responsible for paying for an additional delivery fee. Please note if you are sending outside of vancouver and choose a courier option, there is a fee for returning the order to the store in addition to the original delivery fee and an additional delivery fee should the client ask for the delivery to be reattempted.
